West is a Managing Partner and founding member of AFC Capital & Advisors, LLC. West has over 19 years in sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, capital raising, and management consulting.

West holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Policy & Leadership and a MBA, focused on healthcare, from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, respectively. West also holds an MBA from the UVA Darden Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University.
